AOC won’t profit from gambling on Olympics

THE Australian Olympic Committee will not seek to profit from gambling on the London Olympics, saying it would be hypocritical to do so.

The position sets the AOC apart from sporting bodies such as the AFL, NRL and Cricket Australia, which make a small fortune from the millions of dollars fans wager on their sports.
